Terms of use
By accessing this website (frameforma.com) you agree to these terms. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this website if you do not agree to the terms of use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
FrameForma is operated by Lexily Pty Ltd (ABN 21 680 557 411), referred to here as “we” or “us”.
Access to the platform during the private beta is by invitation and may be withdrawn at any time. Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued without notice.
The platform provides analytical tooling to support your own diligence and assurance activities in connection with actual or synthetic credit structures. It does not provide legal, financial or investment advice, and its outputs should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals. You represent that you are a sophisticated market participant, capable of making your own decisions about the use of the platform and its outputs and whether and how to obtain advice from other sources.
You retain ownership of the documents and data you use with FrameForma. You grant us a licence to process that material solely to provide the service to you, except to the extent that you have entered into a separate agreement with us on terms that grant us broader rights to use your data. Any such agreement is recorded in your platform settings. We retain all rights in the platform, its models and its outputs other than your data.
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access it without authority, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to you to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (if we have not received a payment of an invoice for our service from you, we exclude all liability for loss or damage of any nature, except to the extent prohibited by law). Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales (and courts of competent appellate or federal jurisdiction).
We may update these terms of use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
Privacy policy
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in connection with the website and the platform.
We collect the information you give us when you request a demo or apply for the beta: your name, work email, organisation, role and any notes you include. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide and improve the service, communicate with you about the beta, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Demo and beta requests are processed by using third party processors including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Resend and a range of other tools (which you can review in your settings from time to time). These processors have privacy and data handling policies that set out how they use and store data exchanged via this website.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by creating a request via your settings (privacy controls) page. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
